CleanersNet (Company or the “Web Site”) is committed to providing you with the best online network of dry-cleaning, laundry, alteration, Alterations experience. Our web site has been designed to make your dry-cleaning, laundry and alterationsexperience easy and reliable.
 
Payments Terms
When you make payments through CleanersNet, you agree to these Payments Terms. 
  1. Making Tickets
    1. When you confirm a transaction on CleanersNet, you agree to be bound by and pay for that transaction.
    2. Pay attention to the details of the transaction, because your total price may include taxes, fees, and delivery costs, processing fees which you are responsible for paying.
    3. Don't commit to a transaction unless you are ready to pay, because all sales are final.
    4. If you order something that becomes unavailable before it can be provided to you, your only remedy is to receive a refund of your purchase price.
    5. You may be presented with additional terms related to a specific order before you confirm the transaction (such as pick up and delivery terms). Those additional terms will also govern that transaction.
    6. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD ON OR THROUGH CLEANERSNET.COM
 
  1. Payment Sources
We want to make payments convenient, so we allow you to make payments using a number of different payment sources, like credit cards and debit cards.
    1. When you provide a payment source to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source. You also authorize us to collect and store it, along with other related transaction information.
    2. When you make a payment, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment source you designate for the transaction.
    3. If you pay by credit or debit card we may obtain a pre-approval from the issuer of the card for an amount up to the amount of the purchase. We will bill your card at the time of orders or shortly thereafter. If you cancel a transaction before completion, that pre-approval may result in your funds not otherwise being immediately available.
    4. If you pay by debit card and your payment results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.
 
  1. Purchasing and Using Credits
You may purchase credits from CleanersNet to purchase services.
    1. When you purchase or receive credits, you do not own the credits. Rather, you receive a limited right to use such credits in connection with certain features on CleanersNet, such as the purchase of a next orders.
    2. Purchases of credits are non-refundable.
    3. You will not sell credits to anyone, or transfer them to anyone outside of CleanersNet.
    4. We may change the purchase price for credits at any time as well as the ways that you can use or transfer credits. We also reserve the right to stop issuing credits.
    5. Credits are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from us unless we agree otherwise in writing.
    6. If you leave a balance of credits unused for three years, we may redeem those credits by sending virtual gifts to your CleanersNet friends or donating the credits to a nonprofit organization of our choice (and charging standard redemption fees for those transactions).
    7. If you deactivate your account and do not reactivate it within 6 months, or if you delete your account, you will lose any accumulated credits.
    8. If we deactivate your account and you do not meet any conditions necessary to reinstate it within 6 months, we may redeem those credits by donating the credits to a nonprofit organization of our choice (and charging standard redemption fees for those transactions).
    9. If you receive free or promotional Credits, we may expire them at any time.
 
  1. Actions We May Take
As part of our effort to keep CleanersNet safe, we may take certain actions to reduce liability for users and us.
    1. We may make any inquiries that we consider necessary, either directly or through third parties, concerning your identity and creditworthiness.
    2. We may cancel any transaction if we believe the transaction violates these Payments Terms or the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, or we believe doing so may prevent financial loss.
    3. We may place a delay on a payment for a period of time, limit payment sources for a transaction, limit your ability to make a payment or deactivate your account if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss.
    4. We may contact your payment source issuer, law enforcement, or impacted third parties (including other users) and share details of any payments you are associated with if we believe doing so may prevent financial loss or a violation of law.
    5. We may cancel any credits transferred, assigned, or sold in violation of these Payments Terms or the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
    6. If you purchase advertising, and your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may take steps to collect past due amounts using other collection mechanisms. You agree to pay all expenses associated with such collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees. Interest will accrue on any past due amounts at the rate of the lesser of 1% per month or the lawful maximum.
 
  1. Disputes and Reversals
    1. If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss.
    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against us related to payments unless you submit the claim to us within 14 days after the charge.
    3. You are responsible for and agree to reimburse us for all reversals, charge-backs, claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by us (including costs and related expenses) that were caused by or arising out of payments that you authorized or accepted.
    4. If you enter into a transaction with a third party and have a dispute over the goods or services you purchased we have no liability for such goods or services. Our only involvement with regard to such transaction is as a payment agent.
    5. We may intervene in disputes between users concerning payments but have no obligation to do so.
    6. Your only remedy for a technical failure or interruption of service is to request that your transaction be completed at a later time.
  2. Special Provisions Applicable to Advertisers
    1. When you purchase advertising on or through CleanersNet, you agree to pay all amounts specified in the order, along with any applicable taxes.
    2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your advertising account, and you understand that you will be charged for any orders placed on or through your advertising account.
    3. You can cancel an advertising order at any time through our online portal, but your ads may run for several days after you notify us, and you are still responsible for paying for those ads.
    4. Without limiting section 4.1, your order constitutes your written authorization for us to obtain your personal and/or business credit report from a credit bureau. We may obtain your credit report when you place an order, or at any time thereafter.
    5. It is your responsibility to remit any taxes that apply to your transactions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim arising out of your failure to do so.
 
  1. Notices and Amendments to These Payments Terms
    1. We may provide notices to you by posting them on our website, or by sending them to an email address or street address that you previously provided to us. Website and email notices shall be considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted or sent; notices by mail shall be considered received within three business days of the time sent.
    2. Except as otherwise stated, you must send notices to us relating to payments and these Payment Terms by email to: CleanersNet@hotmail.com
    3. The Payment Terms in place at the time you confirm a transaction will govern that transaction.
    4. We may change these Payment Terms, in whole or in part, even though the changes may affect accumulated credits. All amendments to these Payment Terms will be made pursuant to Section 12 of the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
    5. Rates are not guaranteed when making amendments to existing reservations
 
  1. Other
    1. All of the commitments you make in the CleanersNet Statement of Rights and Responsibilities apply to payments through CleanersNet. In the event of any conflict between these Payments Terms and the CleanersNet Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, the Payments Terms shall prevail.
    2. If you are under the age of 18, you may make payments only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You should review these Payments Terms with a parent or guardian to make sure that you both understand them.
    3. If you are a resident of or have your principle place of business in the US or Canada, these Payments Terms are between you and CleanersNet, Inc.  Otherwise, these Payments Terms are between you and CleanersNet Ireland Limited.  References to “us,” “we,” and “our” mean either CleanersNet, Inc. or CleanersNet Ireland Limited, as appropriate.
    4. Some countries may restrict or prohibit your ability to make payments through CleanersNet. Nothing in these Payments Terms should be read to override or circumvent any such foreign laws.
Our Refund Policy
Company pursues the best quality of our dry-cleaning, laundry, alteration. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours of your delivery date, and we will re-clean your item(s) free of charge.For more information see our Re-Cleaning Policy contact our Customer Service Center.
 
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your services within 48 hours after cleaning process is completed.
 
CleanersNet.com's cancellation and refund policy allows the flexibility to make changes to your orders before 24 hours to pick up your orders, without incurring change fees. This includes cancelling  your reservation. However all cancellations must be made only through our web site at least 24 business hours before the scheduled pick up date unless $5.00 as processing fees will be made upon your credit/debit card cancellations. 
 
A no show fee equal to the value of the cancellation on a pick up date, but if you rescheule through our web site for the same order to pick up in 24 business hours, company will waive the first delivery charge. Following each no shows will be charged the fee. Company will attempt to deliver your orders based on your scheduled date and time to your address or predetermined location. The absence of residents or designated person to receive the order on the delivery destination will be your responsibilites to reschedule within 24 busniess hours. If we don't recieve the information about reschedules, we will store your orders at the cleaner where you had chosen to get cleaning services. Once it's stored at the cleaners, it is your own convenience to pick up the order. However, only dry cleaners are able to store the order for 6 month and the item(s) will be discarded or donated to chairty organizations.
 
Customers are required to provide a valid credit card information to guarantee payment of any incidental charges and upcharges from cleaning provider(cleaners that customers selected to clean their orders)
 
Company reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you are unable to comply with this policy. And also company has a right not to perform the services on particular item(s) or orders if you do not agree with paying upcharges due to materials, sizes, decorations, color, storage fees, pre-damaged spot(s), heavy stains, and including any special circumstances that unable to perform the cleaning services. Company reserves the right to waive the bond requirement at it's descretion.
 
 
 
 
 
How We Process Your Order
Company's innovative process is setup to streamline your dry-cleaning, laundry and alterations experience. Once your order is received, one of our Company delivery vehicles will collect your cleaning from your place of business or home and deliver it to our state-of-the-art cleaning facility. Your clothing will go through a five step process which ensures professional cleaning. First, items received are inspected for stains, material defect, and cleaning procedures as recommended by the manufacturer (certain items will be returned, see Drycleaning Authorization Policy). Secondly, clothes are appropriately cleaned and pressed. Thirdly, clothes are inspected for missing buttons and if needed are replaced with charge if it costs more than $1. Fourthly, your garments go through a final inspection point. Finally, they are sorted and packaged and loaded onto Company vehicles for delivery. A professional Company driver will deliver your items back to your place of business or home.
 
Order with Safety and Privacy
Companyrespects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding specific customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. When you place orders with Harpers Dry Cleaners, the information you provide remains private and secure. We are committed to the protection of your personal and order information and we use the latest security technology to do so.
CompanyPrivacy Statement
Companyrespects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
The Information We Collect and How We Use It
Your Personal Information
In order to provide you with excellent products and services, Companyasks you for specific pieces of personal information when you register as a customer. Companywill not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals.
Your name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, and special delivery instructions help Companyto deliver your order on time and to the correct location. A customer service representative will contact you if there are any questions we might have about your order.
Your username, password, and password reminder allows companyto verify that you are a registered customer and prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission.
Online Surveys and Contests
From time to time, companymay conduct surveys online that may ask you about demographic information. Your participation is voluntary. We accumulate the responses to improve our services. Participants' responses are not linked to your personal information on the site.
Drycleaning Authorization Policy (Online procedure only)
The great majority of garments and household articles clean very satisfactorily. Occasionally, however, Companymay recognize a potential problem and ask you to sign a permission form (available in the download section) before processing the item. This procedure is to notify you that there is a potential problem and certain risk in proceeding. It may be a question about color fastness, the resistance of one component to the cleaning process, or a question of the age of, or weakness of, the fabric.
The main purpose of the permission form is to alert you to a possible problem. If you agree, the item will be processed with extreme care and returned to you promptly. If damage does develop however, Company
will not be held responsible since it has warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed.
If Company
determines the need for a permission form, a Customer Care Representative will attempt to contact customers for verification and authorization. If authorization for cleaning cannot be obtained in a timely manner, then Companywill deliver the item in question back to the customer. You may choose to re-submit the item with a permission form expressing your acknowledgment that Companywill clean them at the customer's own risk.
Should you visit one of our retail branches, please inform the service assistant about any concerns you may have with regards to the cleaning of your item.
CompanyDelivery Policy
Companystrives to make our collection/delivery service timely and convenient. The following outlines key elements of our delivery policy to help you understand our business practices.
Delivery Hours-delivery hours are 8A.M. to 8 P.M. Monday through Sunday. (Except federal holidays)
Acceptance of Delivery (Corporate)-All pick-ups and deliveries are made only to a specific location (pre-determined location where set by customers. Such as closet, front door, porch etc.) within your company. This location has been designated by you or your company as a pick-up and drop-off station for your local dry cleaners. Laundromat, tailor shops that you had chosen.
Late Delivery- If unusual circumstances (natural disasters, traffic jams, mechanical problems etc) make it impossible to deliver your order during the scheduled day, it will be re attempt to deliver immediately the following day.
Right to Refuse Service- Companyreserves the right to refuse service to any customer.
Leather/Suede Items Policy
Companyfollows standards and policies set forth by industrial guidelines. These policies are standard to all dry-cleaners including retail dry-cleaning, laundry and alterationsstores.
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. All leather and suede garments are cleaned 100% at customer’s own risk, and Companydoes not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of the dry-cleaning, laundry and alterationsprocess.
Household Items Policy
Companyfollows standards and policies set forth by industrial guidelines. These policies are standard to all dry-cleaners including retail dry-cleaning, laundry and alterationsstores.
We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning, laundry and alterations we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Companyliability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment, regardless of brand or condition.
Garment Damage Policy
Companyfollows standards and policies set by industrial guidelines.
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning, laundry and alterations we can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Companyliability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Should you be unhappy with our decision we offer you the opportunity to have the item tested by DCAS, The cost of this report is known as $120.00, we would ask for 50% of the fee up front. Should the decision of the report be in your favor we will refund this amount in full, should the decision be in our favor we will ask for the remaining 50% of the report fee.
Re-Cleaning & Discrepancy Policy (Online & Retail)
Within 24 hours after delivery or shop collection, you may return any dry-cleaned items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge.
To request re-cleaning, please sign into your account and select 'Reclean' on the relevant order. A customer Services Representative will then contact you to instruct you on what to do next.
In the case of an item/order discrepancy you must email toCompany Customer Service Center within 24 hours of receipt of your cleaning.
Loss Policy (Online & Retail)
Company follows standards and policies set forth by the industrial guidelines. These policies are standard to all dry-cleaners including retail dry-cleaning, laundry and alterationsstores.
Company exercises the utmost care in processing clothing items received, to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in the count of items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The local dry cleaners, Laundromat, alteration stores liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
